The James Phillip Foster Hope Resource Center Inc. wants to spread our message of hope. Our mission is to build the community through youth and adult programs that promote personal development, mental health, wellness, and stability.
WHO WE ARE
Our Story
The James Phillip Foster Hope Resource Center was named after the honorable Bishop James P. Foster, a remarkable man who had a passion for helping others. Bishop Foster became an orphan at a young age, after the unexpected loss of his father. His experiences as an orphan made him all too familiar with the challenges that exist in underserved communities. For this same reason, he understood what it takes to build up a community. JPF exists to posthumously carry out his vision and passion for serving others.

FOOD PANTRY
At JPF we are committed to providing our community with relevant solutions and support. Food insecurity is a harsh reality for many in our community. We offer a food pantry on the 3rd Saturday of each month to support those in need. This institution is an equal opportunity provider.
SUPPORTING OUR YOUTH
We strongly believe in nurturing and supporting the youth in our community. Prior to the start of each school year, we provide backpacks and other school supplies to our students. This is our way of showing we are invested in their future.
